How do I put my box "on-hold"?
Very important point to remember: the “to” date needs to be the last delivery date you want to skip. Don’t enter the day you are actually getting back. If you enter a date beyond your delivery date the system might treat you as being gone an additional week.
The system will send you an email to confirm your on-hold request(s). If you do not receive an email, you did not complete putting your delivery on hold.
